No, just your wonderful self. However if you have X Ray or MRI reports that may support your appointment you can also bring those with you. For Podiatry it may be beneficial to bring some footwear with you if they are causing problems.

For all of our services we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing. For treatments such as Acupuncture, Massage, Scenar and Osteopathy it may be necessary to remove some items of clothing depending on the area of your body that needs attention.

Yes we work with many insurance companies depending on who our practitioners are registered with. It would be best to give us a call and we can advise on how to check if you will be covered.

Typically you would pay for your treatment in full and we can send you an invoice via email that will include all the clinic and practitioner details.

Absolutely yes! We offer many treatments to support your pregnancy journey like Pregnancy massage, Post Natal massage, Reflexology, Osteopathy, Acupuncture and many more.

We provide pregnancy pillows and our Practitioners are trained to safely position you to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment.

Yes it is, reception can help you when you arrive, we will put a ramp outside to give you easier access into the building.

Yes there is a shopping centre directly across the road called Arena Shopping Park. There is parking available there for up to 2.5 hours free of charge.

We ask that you please give us 24hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24Hrs are charged at 60% of the appointment rate. If you do not attend without notifying us then the appointment is charged in full.

This will depend on the severity of the conditions and symptoms that you are presenting. Your practitioner will suggest the best possible treatment plan for you and you can decide if you would like more treatments until you feel better.

No, we do not offer 30 minute appointments for acupuncture. In Traditional Chinese medicine you should have a full consultation before your treatment and the needles are typically in place for 20-45 minutes. To ensure that the treatment is conducted safely and effectively the appointments last for at least 45 minutes.
