What treatments can help
Osteopathy
Your osteopath will use a variety of gentle and effective techniques, including massage, stretching, and mobilisation to relieve tension in your injury by improving the way the affected joints, tendons and other soft tissues work together.
Acupuncture
Your acupuncturist will use very fine needles placed in carefully selected points on your body. Many people feel a mild tingling or warmth during treatment, followed by a sense of calm and relaxation. They will target pain and inflammation by stimulating the nervous system and encouraging the body’s natural healing response.
Health Coaching
Your health coach will work with you, to improve your daily lifestyle, to help you to reduce your weight and take the pressure off your joints when standing and moving. This will reduce the pain and make moving and exercising much more comfortable, allowing you to be more active and healthier.
How you will feel after treatment
You are likely to feel reduced stiffness, less pain, and improved mobility after treatment. With regular treatments, flare-ups become easier to manage, and independence in daily activities will increase.
