The program consists of 8 sessions in a 12 week period. Your Health Coach will use structured, science-backed strategies to help you take control of your health in a clear and supportive way. You will learn about nutrition and how your habits are impacting your health. In turn you will create sustainable changes to reduce your weight and improve your health.
The goal of this programme is to:
- Support sustainable weight loss
- Improve blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity
- Reduce reliance on metformin and GLP-1 medication where appropriate
- Increase your understanding of Nutrition and Strength training
- Build long-term habits that protect your future health
- Increase energy, confidence and overall quality of life

How your appointment will look
You will be welcomed into a consultation room where your Health Coach will take a detailed history covering your health background, medications, lifestyle habits and current challenges. We will review key measurements such as weight, waist circumference and, where applicable, blood test results.
You will then work together to create a personalised action plan tailored to your goals, whether that is fat loss, diabetes reversal, or metabolic risk reduction. This will include clear nutrition guidance, practical lifestyle strategies and realistic targets.
The appointment will conclude with agreed next steps, measurable goals and a structured follow-up plan to keep you accountable and progressing. Sessions can be completed online and in clinic.
