Your therapist will begin the massage by using gentle, flowing movements to encourage lymphatic flow. At the end, you may receive advice on hydration, light exercise, and follow‑up sessions to maintain results.
Your session will conclude with your massage therapist leaving the room allowing you time to get ready to leave. Your therapist will offer after care suggestions for hydration and light exercise as well as recommendations for follow up sessions.
