How your appointment will look

Your massage therapist will greet you and take you into the consultation room. They will begin by discussing your symptoms, your health, lifestyle, and any recent procedures you have undertaken.

Your massage therapist will then leave the room to give you time to prepare for your massage. You will remove the appropriate items of clothing and lie down comfortably. Your therapist will begin the massage by using gentle, flowing movements to encourage lymphatic flow. At the end, you may receive advice on hydration, light exercise, and follow‑up sessions to maintain results.
