Shriya Humnabadkar

Shriya is our trusted physiotherapist. She is a passionate musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, having worked with various sports and specialist physiotherapy setups across London. She has a caring and professional approach when treating both orthopaedic and sports conditions with a specialist focus on rehabilitation of shoulder, spinal and knee conditions.

Shriya completed her BSc Physiotherapy degree and holds an MSc Advanced MSK Sciences masters from UCL London. She is certified to provide manual techniques like Mulligan joint mobilisations, kinesio taping and myofascial release as well as dry needling. She has provided on-field support as a physiotherapist for various ultra-cycling races and marathons and has been involved in geriatric and osteoporosis exercise classes as well as women’s health fitness classes. She is a yoga and hiking enthusiast.
