Simona Jacob

Simona is our dedicated Physiotherapist. She has over six years of clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She specialises in the treatment of nerve-related pain by using targeted treatment approaches aimed at identifying and addressing the root cause of symptoms. Additional specialists include the management of headaches, migraines, vertigo, and TMJ pain.

Simona holds an MSc Advanced Physiotherapy degree and possesses strong expertise in evidence-based practice, advanced rehabilitation, and hands-on therapeutic techniques.

She also has experience in post-surgical rehabilitation, supporting patients through orthopaedic and musculoskeletal procedures to restore strength, mobility, and confidence. Simona is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term recovery through tailored physiotherapy treatments and ongoing professional development.
